The Building Feminist Cities Series 2024 comes to a close this year to be jointly held together with the Women and Transport Africa Conference – a groundbreaking event aimed at fostering gender-responsive mobility solutions across the continent. In partnership with Flone Initiative and Women Mobilize Women, and with support from Women on the Move Asia, the conference brings together policymakers, transport operators, and activists to address critical issues impacting women’s mobility. Focused on creating safer, more inclusive transport systems, the event highlights innovative practices and amplifies women’s voices in the transport sector
