Lena is an experienced public policy consultant and project manager. Before coming to GIZ she worked in a public policy consultancy in Berlin, advising a wide range of stakeholders on regulatory issues, focusing on energy, transport and mobility. She studied political sciences, public administration and economics at University of Potsdam and Science Po Paris and holds a master’s degree in International Peace and Security from King’s College London. She previously worked at the United Nations headquarter in Geneva and has taught public policy consulting at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
