Dear Friends of TUMI,

This month, we’re bringing together learning, dialogue, and real-world action across the mobility sector. From new opportunities to build skills through our latest online courses, to global exchanges at upcoming events like the International Transport Forum Summit and the World Urban Forum, the focus is clear: strengthening the people, partnerships, and knowledge shaping sustainable transport.
We’re also seeing what it looks like when women’s voices are not just included but centred. At the ITF Summit, around 100 transport professionals gathered before the Summit day had even begun – students alongside senior policymakers, cycling advocates alongside freight forwarders – to share what it really takes to lead in this sector.
At the same time, the work on the ground continues. A digital mobility platform is launching in Yaoundé. Bus drivers in San José are completing customer service training that puts people, not just vehicles, at the heart of public transport. And our new modal share infographics are a timely reminder that data only drives change when we ask the right questions: who is travelling, by what mode, and under what conditions?
Looking ahead, Velo-city in Rimini and the German-Indian Mobility Summit all offer spaces to connect, exchange, and push the work forward together.
As always, we invite you to explore, engage, and be part of this growing global community working towards accessible, inclusive, and climate-friendly mobility.
Happy reading, and thank you for being part of this movement.
