Cuenca Bike Intersection Peer Review

This document is intended to guide the City of Cuenca in the deployment of a more bicycle-friendly city. And while this document focuses on four individual intersections, it aims to offer replicable solutions that can be recreated in part across many scenarios. To accomplish this, the following paper begins by addressing high-level suggestions before focusing on the four intersections in question with more detailed recommendations.
