Germany’s Charging Infrastructure Masterplan Summary

If you can’t charge your e-car, you won’t buy one. That is why one million public charging points are to be built in Germany by 2030. In order to bring electric mobility to the mass market, the German Federal Government has now approved a master plan.

The “Charging Infrastructure Master Plan” includes measures for the rapid development of a nationwide and user-friendly charging infrastructure for up to ten million e-vehicles by 2030. Potential buyers must be able to trust that they will always find the right charging station everywhere.
