As 2025 begins, we’re excited to share the latest developments in advancing sustainable and inclusive mobility.
Nominations for “Remarkable Young Voices in Transport 2025″ are now open. This initiative celebrates Millennial and Gen Z leaders who are driving meaningful change in the transport sector. We encourage diverse nominations from women, men, LGBTQI+ persons, indigenous peoples, and persons with disabilities. Nominations close on February 21, 2025.
We’re also excited to highlight the publication Women Behind the Wheels, which explores the gendered nature of transport-based gig work in South Asia, addressing barriers and opportunities for greater inclusion.
In collaboration with ITDP, we’re championing Cities for All Through Universal Accessibility, striving for inclusive, accessible mobility systems that prioritize underrepresented groups, including women, the elderly, children, and people with disabilities.
