Report on the results of the survey on public transport in Lviv 2022

This study focuses on the importance of studying people’s behavior and factors that influence it in order to make informed decisions in the long-term planning of passenger transportation. Specifically, the study aims to obtain data on the user experience of public transport passengers in Lviv and the surrounding settlements to improve public transportation in the area. The introduction of an automated fare collection system and the need for more efficient route planning are key considerations in this study.
