TUMI proudly presents: The first comprehensive global online course on sustainable urban mobility!

TUMI and the University College of London (UCL) have partnered to develop two courses for everyone curious to learn about the relationship between global cities and their transport systems. The courses include a wealth of video lectures, interactive tasks, learning material as well as many case studies. It has an application particularly for the Global South, but is also of interest for practice in the Global North.

Every course takes 4 weeks to complete. The first course will launch in mid-October and is open to all.

The focus of the course is on sustainable urban mobility. We seek to understand travel behaviors and associated impacts, learn about existing strategies and policy measures available for achieving greater sustainable urban mobility, and empower participants to initialize and inspire urban mobility transformations.

Among others, the course will discuss the following questions:

• What transport systems are best for our cities?

• What are the components of a sustainable urban mobility strategy?

• How might sustainable urban mobility be most effectively delivered?
